About this photo...
The Strawberry Fields area (named after one of the Beatles’s songs) was so named in 1981, in memoriam of John Lennon, assassinated in 1980 at the foot of the nearby Dakota Building. Strawberry Fields is a garden of peace to which Lennon’s fans come to pay a homage to the author of Imagine.This photo has been viewed 1267 times
